The venue rental fee includes use of tables and chairs, set up and tear down of all tables and chairs, an open vendor policy, and use of the bridal & groom suites.

Clients are allowed to use any vendors of their choice  as long as the vendors can provide proof of the proper licenses and insurances.

The Loft at Glassworks comprises the entire second floor of the Glassworks building. The total event space is approximately 11,000 square feet. In The Loft's largest room, you can comfortably seat 300 guests with ample room for buffet and dance floor. Included in the rental is also three other spaces that can be used for ceremony, cocktail hour, or overflow seating.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold the date. Your final balance is due in full 90 days prior to your event.

Any event that cancels less than 120 days prior to their date, will be responsible for the balance due in full.

As of now, the state of Kentucky does not have any COVID related mandates in regards to events or private gatherings. Our venue and staff will abide by any local and state mandates and will communicate those with our clients should they become relevant.

Absolutely! You are welcome to provide all of your own decorations and centerpieces. Please be sure to reference our contract regarding restrictions on some items such as confetti, glitter, balloons, sparklers, etc.

All music must end by 12am (midnight) and all guests and vendors must exit the building within one hour after the music ends.
